Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of the tech industry, ensuring effective and innovative marketing strategies.

2. User Eligibility

There are no specific age or location restrictions for our clients. LeanSprint Marketing Solutions is committed to providing inclusive and accessible services to a wide range of tech startups.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit is required for most of our services, with the balance collected upon the conclusion of the contract date. LeanSprint Marketing Solutions accepts all common payment methods to facilitate smooth transactions for our clients.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients are entitled to a 100% refund of their deposit if they cancel the contract within 48 hours of signing. This policy is designed to provide flexibility and peace of mind for our clients.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property created as a result of our services will be owned by the client. However, the client agrees to allow LeanSprint Marketing Solutions to use the materials in promotional assets and case studies without additional compensation. This arrangement benefits both parties and contributes to a collaborative working environment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Except for actions or claims arising from the gross negligence or intentional or willful misconduct of Company’s total aggregate liability to Consultant shall be limited to the agreed upon compensation fees.

7. Privacy Policy

LeanSprint Marketing Solutions is committed to protecting the privacy and data of our clients. We do not sell any client data for any reason, and all client data is safeguarded with appropriate measures.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, LeanSprint Marketing Solutions prefers to resolve issues through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, we will proceed to arbitration, with the liable party responsible for the costs of arbitration or costs split according to the arbitrator's findings.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Our terms and conditions are subject to change and are automatically updated on our website. Clients are encouraged to review them regularly to stay informed of any changes.
